InMobi Choice is active as the consent-management platform (CMP). The initial automatic language selection does not require a first-party preference cookie: it uses `Accept-Language` and, when the supported language is Spanish, an approximate check of whether the connection IP address belongs to Argentina in order to choose between `es` and `es-AR`. That check is performed on the server and does not store the country or IP address as a language preference.

If the user manually changes language, the functional `swd_locale` cookie is created to remember that choice for up to 12 months. It stores only one of these codes: `en`, `es`, `es-AR` or `it`. The cookie is used exclusively to maintain the language preference chosen by the user and can be deleted through browser settings.

Some functions may create first-party session cookies to maintain technical state and security. The Contact and FREE Audit forms use a session to protect and manage submissions, including CSRF and temporary form state. SWD Image Compressor statistics use a technical session for tokens and rate limiting.

These are session cookies used to provide the requested function and apply protections such as HttpOnly and SameSite. Their technical name may depend on the relevant function and server configuration.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent functions such as forms or anti-abuse controls from operating correctly.

SWD Image Compressor uses sessionStorage to maintain a local work-session identifier and may use IndexedDB to keep original files, results and state temporarily on the user's device so work can be recovered during the session.

The local database used by the tool is named irx-work-session. Work records are designed to expire after a maximum age of 12 hours and the application removes expired records. These files remain on the user's device and are not sent to the server to perform compression.

Clearing site data in the browser may remove this state and locally stored temporary files.

The Contact and FREE Audit forms may load Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that a submission is not abusive or automated. Turnstile may use its own cookies, identifiers or technical storage according to Cloudflare's configuration and policies.

This integration is loaded for security and abuse prevention when configured. Data processed by Cloudflare is also governed by its own policies.

When a user chooses to make a contribution and proceeds to Stripe Checkout, the user temporarily leaves the website and enters an environment managed by Stripe. Stripe may use its own cookies and technologies required for payments, fraud prevention, security and compliance. Those technologies are governed by Stripe's documentation and policies.

Likewise, following links to LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google or other external services may expose the user to storage technologies used by the destination service.

Operational Resources statistics and aggregate SWD Image Compressor metrics are implemented on the server and operate independently of Google Analytics. Resources uses temporary HMAC identifiers derived from IP and User-Agent for deduplication and abuse prevention; it does not store those raw values in the statistics repository.

SWD Image Compressor may send technical operation data —sizes, formats and a random identifier— without sending the image.

Google Analytics is also used to obtain audience and website-use metrics. Depending on configuration and applicable consent preferences, it may use cookies or other identifiers and receive browser or device technical information, visited pages and interaction events. Consent signals are managed through InMobi Choice and the behaviour of Google technologies is adapted to those signals where applicable.

Google AdSense is used to display and measure advertising on sergiowebdeveloper.com. Depending on the region, preferences recorded by InMobi Choice and the applicable configuration, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized or limited ads.

For these purposes, Google and authorized advertising providers may use cookies, local storage or other technical identifiers for ad selection and delivery, measurement, frequency capping, security and invalid-traffic prevention. Up-to-date details of providers, purposes and consent options are made available through the CMP.

Internal promotions for Sergio Web Developer's own services or products are first-party website content and are not treated as third-party advertising.

Users can review or change their consent preferences through InMobi Choice and can delete cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB and other site data through their browser's privacy or storage settings. Cookies can also be blocked, although doing so may prevent technically necessary functions from working correctly.

Exact controls depend on the browser and device. Deleting SWD Image local storage may remove unfinished temporary work from that tool.

This policy will be updated when cookies, providers, analytics tools, advertising, purposes or the consent-management platform change materially. Changes that require a new user decision will also be reflected in the CMP choices where applicable.
