sergiowebdeveloper.com presents and markets web development, redesign, maintenance, audit, performance, support, integration and digital-solution services; publishes resources and editorial content; provides contact channels; and hosts web tools such as SWD Image Compressor.

Some services or products may remain hidden while they are under development, validation or commercial preparation. Published information describes the offer available at a given time and does not by itself constitute a final contractual proposal.

Users must use the website, its content, forms and tools lawfully, responsibly and in good faith, respecting applicable law and third-party rights.

The tool may send technical compression statistics to the server —for example original and final sizes, formats and a random event identifier— to generate aggregate metrics. Image content is not included.

Users are responsible for having sufficient rights or permissions over the files they process and for checking results before replacing or deleting an original.

SWD Image Compressor may offer voluntary support contributions through Stripe. Where the interface offers the option, users may choose a one-time contribution or a recurring monthly contribution.

Stripe manages payment processing and full card or payment-method details. sergiowebdeveloper.com does not store those full details; it keeps only transaction information needed to confirm status, record support, manage incidents and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.

A support contribution does not by itself transfer ownership of the software or grant intellectual-property rights in the project.

The website uses external services required for specific functions, including Stripe for payments, Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the Contact form, email services for message delivery, InMobi Choice for consent management, and Google services for measurement and advertising. It may also contain links to external platforms that users choose to access, such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp or Google.

InMobi Choice is used as the consent-management platform (CMP) to present privacy, cookie and advertising choices, record user decisions and communicate consent or refusal signals to the relevant providers.

Google Analytics is used to measure website usage, understand in aggregate how pages are navigated and assess the performance of content and features. Google AdSense is used to monetize certain placements through advertising. Depending on user preferences, applicable law and the provider's technical options, ads may be personalized, non-personalized or limited. Google technologies adjust their behaviour to the consent signals communicated through the CMP where applicable.

The website owner does not directly sell personal data to advertisers. The providers, purposes and consent options applicable to advertising technologies can be reviewed and changed through the consent-management platform.
